Chorus Fire Delisting Return Option


Dear Chorus Fire customers,

In November 2024, USA Pickleball began new regulations and testing to prevent paddles that are too powerful from going to market with USAP Approval. We at Chorus were, and still are, in full support of this effort. We developed the Fire to have sensible power without chasing the hyper power we believe is not good for the sport. 

However, today USAP and Chorus released a joint statement regarding the official removal of the Chorus Fire EX and SX from the USA Pickleball Approved paddle list and a July 1, 2025 sunset date for the Chorus Fire HX. 

What this means is that The Chorus Fire EX and SX are no longer compliant for use in USAP sanctioned tournaments and Fire HX will no longer be compliant as of July 1, 2025. For more details on how this matter developed, please see our joint statement:


Because we prioritize our customers above all, we are offering an option for a refund to eligible customers who choose to return their Fire EX, HX, or SX paddle to us.

Return Program Details:

  • Eligibility
    • Any Fire paddle purchased in new condition from the Chorus website or an authorized retailer
    • Must have proof of purchase (in the form of the Chorus website order # confirmation or verifiable authorized retailer receipt).
    • Website customers must request through the same email used for the order. 
    • Customers must be within the US (or Canada for our Canadian retailers). 
    • Customers must use our prepaid shipping label to return the paddle.
  • Refund: Eligible Fire SX, HX, EX customers will receive full refunds on their Fire paddle purchase price once the paddle is received back to us.
  • Timeline:
    • The Return Program begins February 18, 2025 and ends April 18, 2025.
    • Claims must be initiated by April 18, 2025
    • Return paddles must be scanned with the return shipping service within 5 business days of receiving the return label
  • Exclusions:
    • Fire paddles purchased from unauthorized retailers, such as Craigslist or Facebook Marketplace, are ineligible.
    • Fire paddles purchased in used condition from any source are ineligible.
Eligible customers may reach out to support@choruspickleball.com, include your order #, the email used for the order, and the request for refund and we will begin the return process.

All returned paddles will be donated to local under-funded schools and other charitable causes.

We are beginning work on a new power paddle for a future release, but we have no details at this time. Thank you so much for being a Chorus customer and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
