Returns

We know that sometimes you change your mind after ordering. That's okay! For all brand new items purchased from choruspickleball.com, we have a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 calendar days after receiving your item to request a return. Final Sale, Closeout Price, Black Friday Sale, sales or codes that grant over 50% off the retail price, Demo and Blemish items are not eligible for satisfaction returns.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging, including original plastic wraps and sealed boxes or bags if applicable. You’ll also need the order number and email confirmation from the original purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@choruspickleball.com and supply the order number and original confirmation email. Please note that returns will be shipped back with a label we provide. 

If your return is accepted, you will be refunded your item costs, less a 5% restocking fee and shipping costs both ways.  If the item is found to be used and not in re-sellable condition as new, it will be subject up to a 25% restocking fee.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Warranty

Our products come with a 120-day warranty from the original purchase date.  Any issues that are determined by Chorus Pickleball to be the result of a manufacturing defect will be fully covered by Chorus and we will send you another paddle for free.

Chorus Pickleball's warranty does not cover damage through improper usage, rough play, striking the ground or other non-ball objects, storage in extreme temperatures (below freezing or over 100 degree fahrenheit storage) negligence, abuse, or accidents.  It does not cover theft or loss of items.  It also does not cover fading graphics, worn grip tape, or regular wear and tear. You must be the original purchaser to be eligible for the warranty. 

Warranty is void if any structural modifications have been made to the handle, end caps, or any piece meant to permanently adhere to the stock paddle. (Applying lead tape, edge tape, and overgrips are fine, though, and do not void warranty.)

Chorus reserves the right to examine the existence of a defect for all products. Warranty claims will be accepted at sole discretion of Chorus Pickleball.

Please allow 5-7 business days for warranties to process after receipt in order for us to verify issues.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@choruspickleball.com.
