**This discounted Fire paddle has some cosmetic blemishes on the surface that do not affect paddle performance. 30-day return policy does not apply, but full manufacturer warranty period is honored! As seen in the picture, the blemishes are much like other "Titanium" paddle blemishes where the polyester fibers in the surface weave become too dark or buried, creating a "hole" look - or the fibers in the weave aren't straight.  

A couple instances of these are common in Titanium/PET weaves and aren't considered "blemished."  Those in our Fire Blemish sales exceeded our internal tolerance level of too many instances on one paddle of the cosmetic blemishes described above. But to reiterate: these blemishes are cosmetic only and do not have any impact on performance!

The Fire is the first paddle in pickleball using only flexible carbon fiber weaves and fiberglass, combined with a wide-cell power core! The surface is a tightly fused layer of fiberglass on top of a carbon and red polyester twill weave (sometimes aesthetically referred to as "titanium.") This fusion sits on top of another flexible carbon fiber twill weave to maximize rebound action.

The polypropylene honeycomb core is made of wider cells, providing an extra push of power the harder you swing.
